Three Little Birds is a Nottingham & Doncaster-based charity promoting family health and wellbeing.
MHM Coventry Safe Haven offers out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 18+ in the Coventry area.
Learning For Members
Living with, and managing anxiety 28th November and 5th November via Zoom. This course runs over two afternoons and aims to help you to understand anxiety and why we experience it, and provide you with knowledge, tools and understanding which will help you to live with your anxiety in a more positive way.
