UNISON is pleased to confirm significant developments in respect of pay for 2022 because of our negotiations with the company.
To secure the deal with the company we will be asking you to vote on the offer. The ballot will be conducted electronically from 10th January 2022 until 28th January 2022. You will receive an email from us during this period inviting you to either accept or reject the offer.
The UNISON representatives at the single table negotiations took the view that the offer should be fully recommended for acceptance. This position was put to our sector committee on 16th December 2021 and endorsed.
