Following a pay ballot, which closed on Friday 28th January, the results are as follows:
Accept: 96.69%
Reject: 3.31%
Turnout: 53%
Unison members have voted overwhelmingly to accept the pay offer, however we are still waiting for the three other recognised trade unions to confirm their results. We are hopeful this will be announced by the end of this week, Friday 4th February 2022.
If the offer is accepted by members of all trade unions, then the 4% pay increase will be applied from 1st April 2022.
In addition, the Recognition Payment (profit share) will be paid in February, to those who are eligible.
