Following a successful partnership last year, UNISON East Midlands have taken the decision to renew the partnership with Nottingham Playhouse for 2023.

Winner of the Aspen Words Award, Runner up for the Dayton Literary Peace Prize, and one of The Times top three bestselling books of 2020, Christy Lefteri’s best-selling novel has its world premiere in a brand new adaptation by Nesrin Alrefaai and Matthew Spangler who adapted the Playhouse’s sell-out production of The Kite Runner.
The production will be directed by Olivier Award winning Miranda Cromwell (Death of a Salesman – Young Vic, Piccadilly Theatre and opening on Broadway in September).
The show opens at Nottingham Playhouse and runs from 3 – 25 Feb 2023, before embarking on a UK wide tour.
