Drawing on his background in sports psychology and as a personal trainer as well as a coach and business leader, Ed shares how the way we think has the power and potential to change our lives and those around us. This session helps us identify ways of thinking that are working against us and, more importantly, how we can begin to think more positively, creatively and in a way that works for us.
Delegates that attend this session will:
- Identify the “faulty thinking patterns” that are holding us back
- Understand how stress, worry and fear impact our ability to think logically and creatively.
- Receive practical, easy to apply strategies to help us thinking, feel and act in a way that helps, not hinders.
- Learn how to respond, not react to life’s events.
