PLEASE NOTE: Once your completed form is received we will be in touch via email to confirm your course place, subject to availability. If you have a place you will then receive an email with joining instructions for your course closer to the starting date (please remember to check all email folders including junk). If you do not hear from us please email LMD@unison.co.uk no later than one week before the course is due to start. NOTE: places can fill quickly and are filled on a first come, first served basis – a waiting list (up to 10 places) operates where courses are oversubscribed
