Roles within a UNISON branch
If you’re keen on making a real difference in your workplace, taking on an official role in your local UNISON branch is a great way to do that. There are loads of different jobs and responsibilities that go with them.
While putting your name forward for something like this can be scary and probably something you’ve never done before, don’t be put off. There’s loads of training and coaching available, and if you don’t stand up for your colleagues, who will?
