UNISON has submitted a Pay Claim to the Government calling on them to ensure that every NHS employee receives an increase of at least £2,000 by the end of this year. This represents an additional £1 an hour which would make a real difference for all staff.
UNISON members delivered a letter to the Prime Minister urging him to put NHS pay at the top of his to-do list and bring forward plans for a meaningful and early pay rise.
