On Thursday 1 May, the very first Mayor of Greater Lincolnshire will be elected.
This is your chance to choose someone who will speak up for the proud villages, towns, and city. Someone who will fight for our communities that have been forgotten for far too long.
But there’s a danger we need to be aware of. Reform UK don’t stand for the values that matter to working people. This is a party of millionaires, who want to divide us and undo the progress we’ve made for our communities.
They’ve already shown they don’t care about workers or our families:
- They oppose banning fire-and-rehire, leaving working people vulnerable.
- They’re big fans of exploitative zero-hour contracts and don’t believe in improving sick pay for hard-working people.
- They want to replace our NHS with an “insurance-based model”—which could price people out of healthcare when they need it most.
If Reform UK wins here, they’ll try to take our region backwards. But working people have the power to stop them – by voting and by getting others to vote too.
