Safety in the workplace
As of today, 1st February 2021, E.ON have made surgical standard mask available from collection points at each site. Given the new variants of COVID-19 being more contagious, it’s important for colleagues to wear surgical standard face masks as a minimum when working from site. The CDC (Centre for Disease Control and Prevention) have confirmed COVID-19 can be spread by airborne transmission, so you should do everything to protect both yourself and others. Working with colleagues or customers in enclosed unventilated spaces should be avoided, and meetings/training sessions should take place online wherever possible.
If you have any queries or concerns regarding safety in the workplace, then please contact our health and safety officer declan.whyte@eonenergy.com
