UNISON, together with GMB and Unite, have been in consultation with the Council regarding proposed changes to the current pay and grading structures at NCC.
Consultation has now concluded and full details of the proposed new SLMG Pay Structure/Model and how it will be implemented can be found in the documents at the bottom of this webpage.
The Council has confirmed that the proposals will be applied and backdated to 1st July 2023.
The Ballot is now open and will close at 5.00pm on Friday 28 July 2023 – Please Vote to Make Your Voice Heard.
